Dr. Toluwalogo “Tolu” Odumosu received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of lagos in Nigeria in 2001, his Master of Engineering from Cornell University in 2003, and Ph.D degree in Science and Technology Studies (concentration in Technology and Policy studies) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2009. Dr. Odumosu is currently an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and a member of the of the Cybersecurity Assurance and Policy (CAP) Center in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD where he leads the Center’s work on Cyber Policy. Dr. Odumosu’s research interests include Digital privacy, communications policy, Cyber Security Policy, Mobile Communications (5G), IoT, Technology Transfer and Workforce Development.
